#5 Google Docs

I had look around Google Docs, I found it a little difficult to use, but I'm sure once I use it more often it will be useful :)

    Yeah you could use it for collaboration with councils and whoeever else you will work with on projects! I would suggest setting up a work google account like I have (newtechcoord@gmail.com) and do your online work stuff through that. That way (heaven forbid!) the next person who comes along will have access to it as well AND it's not all registered under your name (or my name). Just a suggestion :) Fiona
