#7 Google Books

Hey,

just checked out Google Books, i loved it :) I never knew you could view and whole book over the internet. This will come in handy :) It is also very useful in helping you locate an older book that you may not be able to find in a book shop.

Google Book search could be used in an educational setting by allowing students to access books online that are in the school curriculum as well a text books that they may need. This could be useful in helping students develop their computers skills by keeping up to date with new technology. It also provides another avenue into reading books.

#6 Google Maps

I really enjoyed looking at Google Maps :) I particularly liked how you are able to selected any street from around the world and look at it as if you are actually there :) Great invention. The features are awesome.

I had look around Google Docs, I found it a little difficult to use, but I'm sure once I use it more often it will be useful :)

It was interesting to learn about the term web 2.0 and how it has been updated from web 1.0. I think it is a useful tool to use as you are able to communicate with others via the web by posting blogs, sharing information and videos as well as being able to network with others from around the globe.
